Meditación guiada de mindfulness por la mañana (online)- En inglésCada mañana tendremos una meditación guiada de mindfulness de 20 minutos seguida de un debate en pequeños grupos de 2 o 3 personas y en el grupo más grande.    Las sesiones se realizan en inglés. La idea es apoyarte en tu práctica de mindfulness y crear un sentido de comunidad.    (En las tradiciones de meditación de las que procede el mindfulness, practicar con otras personas se considera uno de los tres apoyos principales para profundizar en nuestra práctica de mindfulness).Esto está diseñado para personas que ya saben meditar – la meditación será guiada, pero no es una clase que te enseñe a meditar.      Si no has meditado antes, puedes asistir a una de nuestras clases gratuitas de introducción a la atención plena o a uno de nuestros cursos online, que se ofrecen de forma gratuita.    El profesor, Darran Kilbride, se ha formado en centros de meditación mindfulness reconocidos mundialmente en Estados Unidos y Asia y se ha formado como profesor de mindfulness en la Universidad de Massachusetts, el centro donde se iniciaron los cursos de mindfulness en Occidente.    Lleva enseñando mindfulness desde 2011 y fue una de las primeras personas en enseñar Mindfulness en España.

Guided meditations

Stop and breathe. For a moment stop what you are doing and come back to the present. You don’t even have to close your eyes or move from where you are, in just three minutes we will regain calm and focus.
Silence allows us to change our vital rhythm and connect with ourselves. Through this practice we will begin to familiarize ourselves with «silence» by attending to its different dimensions. We will gradually prepare ourselves to reduce noise, stress, the need to be busy, achieving states of calm in a very simple way.
Body pathThe practice of the body path is one of the first mindfulness meditations we usually learn. We use body sensations as an anchor for our attention and we go through our whole body observing which sensations we can discover in each moment how they change.
Prolong the exhalationThrough this short exercise we will learn to relax very effectively using only our breath. You can practice it at any time and in any place.

My mindfulness course

A practice aimed at managing negative thoughts that in these times of pandemic can stalk us day and night undermining our energy. We are referring to worries, fears, insecurities, etc. We will end with a few minutes dedicated to questions that may arise from the participants.
