The MBSR course (Mindfulness in Barcelona) is particularly oriented to improve and develop mindfulness, reduce discomfort or stress, and increase the ability to deal better and more effectively with the complexity of our daily lives both professionally and personally. It emphasizes the ability to stop and observe before acting, facilitating the optimization of the response rather than the simple reaction, in order to adopt more positive and effective ways of being and acting.
The Mindfulness course in Barcelona is done in small groups. The sessions are practical and interactive, alternating moments of silence with moments of collective exploration to cultivate and develop good learning strategies to deal more creatively with the complex situations of our daily lives.
