Meditation 7 weekly in spanish
The cultivation of mindfulness is essential in the process of self-knowledge. Clinical and educational interventions based on mindfulness present us with four scenarios of practices necessary for the mastery of mind and action, leading to the awakening of deep intuition and the full manifestation of the wisdom and compassion that are innate to us.
This course is a gateway to the fundamentals of mindfulness and the original stress reduction program of the University of Massachusetts Medical Center MBSR/REBAP, initially known as mind/body medicine.
